I Newly found this setting for bsnl

but these setting working some states so please try

Here is setting for mobile:

• Profile Name: zguru
• Access Point: Celloneportal
• Proxy: 192.168.87.163
• Port: 8080
• HP: wap.yahoo.com

For pc:

Connect net with celloneportal

then go to Firefox browser setting Option >Advanced > Network > Setting

and change to these

• Proxy: 192.168.87.163
• Port: 80

save setting now enjoy free internet
