This is Trick Based On bsnl proxy and working @ many state try it

Use To connect Apn: bsnlnet or bsnlportal

Here Is Configuration Settings :

Proxy:- 192.168.87.163
Port:- 8080
APN:- Celloneportal
Homepage:- wap.yahoo.com
OR Any Working Homepage.

FIREFOX Setting for PC

Open Mozilla Firefox In Your Computer/Pc
Go To Tools Menu : Options>Advanced> Network >Settings > manual Configuration.
put this proxy and pory
Enter Proxy:- 192.168.87.163
*.Port:- 80
Then Go To Tools >Options > General >Homepage (wap.yahoo.com)
